Marketplace Terms & Conditions

Effective for all listings created on the ZETRO Vehicle Marketplace.

Introduction

Welcome to the ZETRO Vehicle Marketplace. This marketplace allows verified pilots and users (sellers) to list vehicles for rental or sale in accordance with these terms.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate listing details, lawful ownership or permission proof, and truthful pricing. False information or misleading media is prohibited.

Seller/Pilot Responsibilities

Pilots and sellers are responsible for vehicle condition, legal documents, insurance validity, and lawful transfer or rental agreements with interested parties.

Listing Charges Policy

Each account receives one free listing. Every subsequent listing costs Rs 49. Listings remain valid for 30 days from creation.

Payment Policy

Marketplace fees are non-refundable once the listing is published. ZETRO may revise fees with prior notice through app updates or policy announcements.

Fraud & Misuse Policy

Any fraudulent listing, fake image usage, impersonation, spam, or abusive behavior may lead to immediate content removal and account restriction.

Platform Liability Disclaimer

ZETRO serves as a technology platform and is not a direct party in sale/rent contracts between users. Parties must verify documents and terms independently.

Account Suspension Rules

Repeated violations, suspicious activity, legal complaints, or policy breaches may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
